Polyter allows for the plant to extract 95% of the water that is contained in its crystals, depending on the level and the rhythm of the needs of the plant in function of time. The product reduces the water losses by evaporation and percolation, with more than 85%, which becomes available to the plant.
Polyter has a functional lifetime of 3 to 5 years in the soil depending on the number of bacteria present. The product also functions as a thermal regulator for the roots of the plant, by favorizing a soil temperature which is several degrees hotter than the temperature of the surrounding air.
Polyter also has an expansion effect and an improving effect on the porosity of the soil and composts, and a ventilation effect on the environment of the culture by a better air circulation and by the capacity of the product to release oxygen.

And by this, by making use of Polyter one can:
- save a minimum of 50% of water
- reduce the water stress and stress by nutritional scarcity
- limit the leaching of fertilizers as well as the pollution of the surface waters
- limit the infiltration of nitrates and chemical pollution of water-conducting (aquiferous) layers
- increase the growth of the root- and leave masses with a factor of 3 to 5, which allows for a larger quantity of dry matter and a better resistance to risky climate circumstances
- increase the production volume in a quantitative and qaulitative way
- favorize plant production in areas which are interesting, climatologically speaking, for their prematurity (being early in time) but which are technically difficult (shortage of or irregularities in the supply of water, sandy soil,...)
- relieve the working expenses by the savings accomplished in water (50% and more), fertilization and plant improving treatments (30% and more)
One can call on Polyter for all support of cultivation (underground or over ground), in several areas of plant production: arable farming, arboriculture, floriculture, landscape management, reforestation, revegetation and cultivation of plants, etc.
Polyter is bio-degradable, not toxic and without danger (destruction by soil bacteria and U.V.), it contributes to environmental protection and bio-diversity by allowing for the following:
- a major reduction in the amounts of water used and the applied products in the soil
- a reduction of leaching phenomena and deep groun water pollution by chemicals
- combatting erosion phenomena, degradation and desertification of the soil
- reforestation and revegetation of dry and desert-like areas
- reforestation and revegetation of all kinds and varieties
Polyter is unique as to its concept and its effects on the world of plants. The efficiency of it is linked to its direct and permanently sustaining role for the plant (and not for its culture substrate).
Polyter can not be compared to industrial water-containing polymers in any way, which arise from a simple transposition for plant production which can help in an improvement of the water absorption capacity of substrates with a little reserve, but, of which the negative effects have a much bigger weight as far as consequences for the plant are concerned than the relative advantage as to support of the culture it brings about.

Polyter is a new money saving control practice of our water patrimonium.
Polyter has two variants: GR and GRP
| |
|
Polyter GR is recommended for green house cultures, arboricultures, full ground cultures, industrial and/or vegetable cultures, green areas, sport fields, parks, gulf fields, grass-plots and lawns, flower grounds, tree plantations and bush plantations, the planting out of young plants, reforestation of dry areas (dunes), reforestation in general, substrates of any kind destined to seedlings, potted plants or container plants, over-ground cultures, and the revegetation of slopes (talus, slopes of hills, stone piles).
Polyter GR exists as small grains which, after irrigation with water, will provide 3 essential elements for the development of plants: water, fertilizers ans airs for the soil linked to the inflationary mechanics of the product.
Polyter GRP is recommended for seedlings, the planting out of young plants, the repotting of plants, little seam plants which come from in vitro, the wrapping up of plants with bare roots to protect them against dehydration during transport and storage and to limit the stress of replanting.
Polyter GRP manifests a fine granulometry which allows for a good distribution in the culture underground. The product garantuees a stimulation of the germination and an important multipplication of the little roots of the seedlings or young plants in the primary stage of their development, which favorizes in that way the circumstances for a good growth in the future.
Polyter GR combined with GRP for cultures and aboricultures and cultures of aquatic plants.
